Father’s Day Thank You

Father’s Day can have many different meanings and memories for everyone.

If you are reading this and you didn’t have a close relationship with your father, I hope that you may be granted peace and acceptance for going forward.

For me, saying thanks to my dad became something I find myself doing more often now that he is gone. We were always so busy getting the job done, solving the problem of the day and taking care of business, that we didn’t make the time to just say thanks.

I say it often now and hope that somehow, he can get the message.

It’s so easy to see what someone should be doing until you become the someone. That’s when I realized just how challenging it is.

So, this year for Father’s Day I am giving my dad the gift of love, forgiveness, and a big thank you. I sure hope he can hear it from where he is spending his time now.

Hopefully, you can be encouraged to do the same. If your father is still here, all the better, but either way I truly believe it’s never too late to say what needs to be said.

Happy Father’s Day!
