Hope for me on Easter when I was young was hoping I didn’t have to wear a tie with the new suit. After overcoming that expectation, hope now takes on meaning in many other ways.
Hope for those in need, hope for everyone who has forgotten how to dream, hope that our world can find a way to find peace within ourselves, and hope for gratitude for all of the little things that matter so much to us.
Easter represents hope. To believers in Christ, to those who choose not to believe, and everyone in between, Easter provides us an opportunity to be reminded that hope has been provided for us, we just have to grasp it and allow it to live within us.
