Many Things Change, But Not Every Change is an Improvement
Our world is in a constant state of change. Just about the time we think things might slow down enough for us to catch our breath, they tend to speed up even more. Change, it seems, answers to no one.
While change is a constant, improvement is a variable. There's a real difference between the two, and we never let ourselves forget it.
Our philosophy has always been to welcome change, but make it prove itself. Before we adopt anything new, we challenge it with two questions:
Is it good for the customer?
Is it good for our company?
If it can't answer both honestly, it doesn't belong here.
We continually reinvest in new technologies and processes, not because new is always better, but because better is always the goal.
My dad always told me to "and then some" it. Do a little extra. Give more than what was asked. He said that's where real growth happens, and that's how you know you truly did your best. It looks good on a t-shirt. It feels even better when you actually live it.
I hope you'll consider giving us the opportunity to "and then some" it for you.
It would be our genuine privilege to serve you.
